Negative: There are many gaps which led the crawlers get into the resort. Rain came in through underneath the main door. The towels were clean but not white. The toilets are average.

Positive: Villa ampia e ben arredata con tutto il necessario, in particolare comoda e ben attrezzata la cucina. Ampi e ben vivibili gli spazi comuni (salotto, cucina, piscina). Comodo il servizio taxi offerto dalla struttura, che ha organizzato il trasporto dall’aeroporto (a pagamento). Abbiamo molto apprezzato la pulizia quotidiana che lo staff ha effettuato durante la nostra permanenza. Negative: Come la maggior parte delle strutture del luogo, le finestre non si chiudono mai perfettamente poiché in porte e finestre sia in camera che nel salotto sono strutturalmente presenti fessure che lasciano passare insetti e altri animali di piccole dimensioni, niente di grave ma purtroppo entravano le zanzare e i gechi. Per tale motivo non la consiglierei a chi è particolarmente spaventato o infastidito da questo aspetto.

A relaxing stay in a fairly central location of Ubud. Positive: 3 large ensuite rooms which was perfect for our family and the beds were excellent. Kitchen well equipped and the complementary water was appreciated. Friendly and responsive/helpful management. Management offered a refund (without request) for the inconvenience of a broken pool pump, which was repaired on day 3. This was greatly appreciated and we are waiting to receive this. Negative: For such a high rating the villa does need some attention. Pool decking needs replacing and there were screws coming out of walls where pictures used to be. The whole place could do with a paint.
