Villa Malena Kristaya heart of seminyak/ Villa Kalih

Positive: We loved our stay at Villa Kalih! The pool was amazing, and there was plenty of space for our family of six. The villa is located close to shops and restaurants, yet tucked away in a quiet, secure area. The security staff were also amazing and made us feel very safe throughout our stay. Communication with the property manager was easy and seamless throughout our stay. It was a fantastic experience for our first ever villa stay in Seminyak, and we can't wait to come back! Negative: The upstairs toilet did have an odour after a few flushes. However, the cleaning staff were excellent and did a great job maintaining it throughout our stay.

Positive: 住宿地點很方便，空間非常大，設計的很漂亮，門口有親切的保全大哥幫忙招呼，安全感滿分，每天都有人打掃，離開那天可以寄放行李在外頭的小倉庫。 我要特地感謝旅館幫忙我預訂金巴蘭的海鮮燒烤、消息回覆迅速、親切的服務👍 Negative: 花灑水很小，設備比較陳舊，看得出來已經有一些年代了。

Positive: Lots of space Negative: We booked and paid for Villa Maleena. The price was slightly higher than the other villa available. When we got there we were given the villa. It wasn't until the next day that we realised they hadn't given us Villa Maleena but the one next door to Villa Maleena. We only found this out when our food delivery driver told us he delivered it to Maleena next door. We weren't told or given an explanation on why this was so.
